Mitch McConnell

Mitch McConnell has served as Kentucky’s senator for 35 years and is the current Senate Majority Leader. A staunch conservative, McConnell is notable for blocking many of former President Obama’s initiatives from passing through the Senate, as well as passing much of President Trump’s agenda, including judicial nominations such as those of Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Cavanaugh.

Amy McGrath

McGrath is a former Marine fighter pilot and former nominee for Kentucky’s sixth congressional district. As the Democratic nominee for US Senator from Kentucky, McGrath is a self-described moderate Democrat and fiscal conservative.
